Fosh Beauty Clinic - Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking
1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-in services are subject to availability.
1.2 A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
1.3 Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
1.4 If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit or incur a 50% charge. 

2. Payments & Pricing
2.1 All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2.2 Payments can be made via cash, debit/credit card, or online transfer.
2.3 Any outstanding balances must be settled before you leave the premises.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
3.1 A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
3.2 No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
3.3 Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

4. Patch Tests & Medical Conditions
4.1 Some treatments require a patch test at least 24-48 hours before the appointment.
4.2 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment.
4.3 Fosh Beauty Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe due to medical conditions.

5. Treatment Results & Liability
5.1 While we strive to achieve the best results, individual outcomes may vary.
5.2 Clients must follow aftercare instructions provided to maintain treatment results.
5.3 Fosh Beauty Clinic is not liable for adverse reactions due to failure to follow pre/post-treatment care instructions.

6. Hygiene & Conduct
6.1 We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
6.2 Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
7.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiration date.
7.2 Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

8. Privacy Policy
8.1 All personal information provided by clients is kept confidential and used solely for booking and treatment purposes.
8.2 We do not share client details with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
9.1 Fosh Beauty Clinic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
